Prevention is the key to a healthy postpartum and that’s exactly what I do.
First, I design a preventive plan. Through protocols that span physical health, mental health, and relationships, I build a protective structure around your wellbeing—so you can feel calm and grounded. We’ll work on nutrition, exercise, pelvic-floor recovery, breastfeeding, your couple relationship, and infant sleep.
During the postpartum period, I support families with focused, practical consultations to improve breastfeeding and sleep. These sessions are open to any family, even if they haven’t followed one of my health protocols.
I also collaborate with other trusted local professionals—midwives, nutritionists, pediatricians, physiotherapists, and more.
